Description
Better adhesion on porous substrates
Optimizes adhesion on highly porous surfaces such as cement, plaster, and wood, preparing the substrate for a more secure installation.
Seals the support and controls absorption
By sealing the substrate, it reduces the absorption of the material applied afterwards and improves the final quality of the cementitious system.
Concentrated and high-yielding
It can be diluted in water depending on the type of surface, is easy to apply with a roller, broom, or brush, and dries quickly.
Primer P10 is a concentrated, water-dilutable primer formulated with nanoparticle technology for greater penetration.
Apply before cementitious primers and finishes on porous substrates such as plaster, cement, and wood, helping to seal the substrate and improve adhesion. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Surface preparation:
El sustrato debe ser poroso, seco, limpio, estable y estructuralmente sólido. En caso de ser necesario, limpie mecánicamente la superficie a tratar. Eliminar cualquier sustancia que pueda interferir con la adherencia.
The substrate must be porous, dry, clean, stable, and structurally sound. If necessary, mechanically clean the surface to be treated. Remove any substances that may interfere with adhesion.
Primer P10 is not a vapor barrier, so it allows moisture to pass through. If you have moisture in the foundation, use Primer EPX.
Mixing and application instructions:
Shake before use to ensure the material is evenly mixed.
To apply Primer P10 T-CON to standard absorbent surfaces, dilute in a 1:1 ratio with clean water.
Apply evenly with a roller, broom, or brush, leaving no areas with excess product or uncovered spaces. Remove any excess if necessary.
The drying time should be a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 24 hours. Once dry, a thin, transparent film should be visible.
When applying Primer P10 T-CON to extremely absorbent concrete, apply two coats to prevent the formation of bubbles and small holes in the finish or base. It is recommended to apply the first coat in a dilution ratio of 1 part Primer P10 T-CON Concentrate to 3 parts clean water. Allow to dry for 1-3 hours and then apply a second coat diluted in a 1:1 ratio with clean water.
If applying to wood, apply the product undiluted. After application, wash tools with water immediately.
Frequently asked questions
On which surfaces is Primer P10 recommended?
On porous substrates such as plaster, cement, and wood.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
What dilution should I use?
Generally 1:1 with water; on highly absorbent surfaces, two coats are recommended (1:3 and then 1:1), and on wood, apply undiluted.
Is it a vapor barrier?
No, it does not act as a vapor barrier; if there is moisture from the foundation, Primer EPX is recommended.
