Description
Professional resilience from day one
G601 develops high initial and final strengths, making it a safe solution for demanding anchors and structural fillings where failure is not an option. Ideal when you need firm fastening and reliable performance in the short term.
Real fluidity for filling without gaps
Its high fluidity facilitates complete filling of cavities, bases, and hard-to-reach spaces, achieving uniform contact with the substrate. This improves anchoring and reduces the risk of voids, segregation, or uneven finishes.
Expansive and stable: maximum adhesion and fit
As an expansive grout with compensated shrinkage, it helps maintain dimensional stability and anchorage, optimizing support and adhesion. In addition, its formulation prevents efflorescence and is non-corrosive, ideal for long-lasting applications.
G601 is designed for jobs requiring a filler or anchor with high mechanical strength, excellent filling capacity, and dimensional stability.
Its expansive behavior and high fluidity allow it to fill cavities and difficult spaces, achieving complete contact with the substrate and a secure finish in precision anchors and rigid joints between concrete elements.

Preparation of the mixture and application instructions:
First add the water, then the powder, while beginning to mix. It is recommended to mix in a well-ventilated area and wear a dust mask.
Use a low-speed drill to avoid adding excess air to the mixture, maintaining a ratio of 2.75 to 3.25 L of water (11 to 13%) per 50 lbs bag of Grout G601 T-CON®, depending on the required fluidity. It can also be mixed in a concrete mixer. Mixing by hand is not recommended.
Once mixed, pour the material immediately, maintaining a continuous flow and taking care to allow air to escape from the prepared cavity.
Frequently asked questions
What jobs is the G601 recommended for?
For anchors and fillers in concrete: machinery, rigid joints, cavities, and anchors in general.
Can it be pumped or only poured?
It can be pumped or poured, depending on the requirements of the job.
How long do I have to work with it once it's mixed?
Approximately 30 minutes of working time for the mixture.
What is the product's resistance rating?
Compressive strength: 27 N/mm² at 24 hours, 52 N/mm² at 7 days, 65 N/mm² at 28 days.
