Description
Professional leveling with ultra-smooth finish
It creates a uniform and very smooth surface, ideal for demanding coverings such as vinyl, floating floors, wood, or carpet, improving the final quality of the floor.
Quick installation and accelerated setting
It mixes and applies easily, offers a comfortable working time, and allows pedestrian traffic within a few hours, optimizing construction times.
Versatile in substrates and application methods
Suitable for multiple substrates and can be applied manually or by pumping, even on radiant slab systems, achieving regularization in thicknesses from 5 to 30 mm.
L50 is a self-leveling cementitious mortar that is quick and easy to install, formulated with hydraulic cements.
It allows surfaces to be leveled to thicknesses of 5 to 30 mm, achieving a very smooth and uniform surface, ideal as a base for laying coverings such as vinyl, floating, wood, engineered flooring, carpet, or ceramic tiles. It can be applied manually or pumped and is suitable for underfloor heating systems.

Surface preparation:
All substrates must be dry, stable, and structurally sound. If necessary, mechanically clean the substrate by polishing or other methods until a solid and firm substrate is obtained. Mechanically clean any substance that may interfere with the
adhesion of the mortar (e.g., grease, oil, wax, dust, plaster, paint, etc.).
L50 T-CON Self-Leveling Mortar should not be installed over moving joints or cracks. These must be respected, down to the base and floor (existing expansion, insulation, and construction).
Print the surface with the T-CON line adhesion promoter appropriate for the surface to be coated. The temperature at the time of installation must be at least 10°C.
Primer required:
For porous surfaces, first apply Primer P10 T-CON in a ratio of 1 part (P10): 3 parts (water), and once dry, apply in a ratio of 1 part (P10): 1 part (water) according to the corresponding technical data sheet.
For non-porous surfaces, apply Primer NP T-CON according to the corresponding technical data sheet.
If you have any questions, please contact the T-CON technical department.
Preparation of the mixture and application instructions:
It is recommended to mix 2 bags of L50 T-CON self-leveling mortar in each preparation. First add the water and then the powder. It is recommended to do this in a well-ventilated area and to wear a dust mask. Use a mixer or heavy-duty drill (½” (12 mm, min. 650 rpm)) to mix each 50 lbs bag of L50 T-CON Self-Leveling Mortar with 4.25 liters of water per bag (8.5 liters for 2 bags of 50 lbs).
Mix for 2 to 3 minutes until you get a lump-free mixture. If a yellowish foam appears during mixing or the sand aggregate settles, this indicates there is too much water.
Once poured onto the floor, T-CON L50 self-leveling mortar allows a working time of 20 minutes at 23°C.
Pour the mixture onto the floor and spread it with the leveling tool. Immediately afterwards, smooth the material with the recommended metal trowel or spiked roller. Wear spiked shoes or cleats to avoid leaving permanent marks in the mortar liquid. Keep in mind this mortar is designed to be used as a base for another type of finish; it should not be left as the final surface.
Frequently asked questions
