Description
Professional leveling with ultra-smooth finish
It allows you to correct unevenness from low thicknesses and leaves a very smooth surface, ideal for vinyl, floating, or wood flooring.
Low shrinkage and excellent adhesion
Its formulation minimizes movement and ensures a stable base on different substrates, improving the quality of the final coating.
Quick application: manual or pumped
It mixes and applies easily, offers good working time, and allows for rapid progress on site, even in radiant slab systems.
L15 is a self-leveling cementitious mortar that is quick and easy to install, formulated with hydraulic cements.
It allows surfaces to be leveled in thin layers of 3 to 15 mm, achieving a very smooth finish and a uniform base for installing coverings such as vinyl, floating, wood, engineered flooring, carpet, and others. It is suitable for a variety of substrates and can be applied by manual pouring or pumping, even in underfloor heating systems.

Surface preparation:
Level surfaces on a variety of substrates, such as concrete, cement, ceramic, plaster, epoxy or metal coating systems. In conjunction with an adhesion promoter, it ensures stability for laying floor coverings such as vinyl, floating floors, etc. (e.g., grease, oil, wax, dust, plaster, paint, etc.).
L15 T-CON Self-Leveling Mortar should not be installed over moving joints or cracks. These must be respected, down to the base and floor (existing expansion, insulation, and construction).
Print the surface with the T-CON line adhesion promoter appropriate for the surface to be coated. The temperature at the time of installation must be at least 10°C.
Primer required:
For porous surfaces, first apply two coats of Primer P10 T-CON in a ratio of 1 (P10):3 (water), and once dry, apply in a ratio of 1 (P10):1 (water) according to the corresponding technical data sheet.
For non-porous surfaces, apply Primer NP T-CON according to the corresponding technical data sheet.
If you have any questions, please contact the T-CON technical department.
Preparation of the mixture and application instructions:
It is recommended to mix 2 bags of L15 T-CON self-leveling mortar in each preparation. First add the water and then the powder. It is recommended to do this in a well-ventilated area and to wear a dust mask. Use a mixer or heavy-duty drill (½” (12 mm, min. 650 rpm)) to mix each 50 lbs bag of L15 T-CON Self-Leveling Mortar with 5.25 liters of water per bag (10.5 liters for 2 bags of 50 lbs).
Mix for 2 to 3 minutes until you get a lump-free mixture. If a yellowish foam appears during mixing or the sand aggregate settles, this indicates there is too much water.
Once poured onto the floor, T-CON L15 self-leveling mortar allows a working time of 20 minutes at 23°C.
Pour the mixture onto the floor and spread it with the leveling tool. Immediately afterwards, smooth the material with the recommended metal trowel or spiked roller. Wear spiked shoes or cleats to avoid leaving permanent marks in the mortar liquid. Keep in mind this mortar is designed to be used as a base for another type of finish; it should not be left as the final surface.
