Description
High adhesion for HCCA blocks
Ensures strong and stable joints in aerated concrete and masonry.
Easy and precise work
Excellent workability and extended correction time for adjusting blocks without rushing.
Versatile: adhesive and adhesion promoter
It also works as an adhesion promoter and in interior and exterior leveling or plastering.
HC1 is the ideal solution for securely bonding and setting HCCA blocks, achieving firm and precise joints.
Its excellent workability allows for comfortable and controlled application, helping to achieve a well-anchored structure in both horizontal and vertical joints. It can also be used as an adhesion promoter and in leveling or plastering work, indoors or outdoors.

Preparation of the mixture and application instructions:
Pour 6 liters of water into a suitable container for each 50 lbs bag of HC1 T-CON Adhesive Mortar. In a well-ventilated area and wearing a dust mask, add the product while mixing slowly with a drill mixer. After adding the powder, mix at high speed until a uniform mixture without lumps is achieved (approx. 2-3 minutes). Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and remix for approximately 30 seconds.
Apply a thin layer of HC1 T-CON Adhesive Mortar with a trowel over the entire surface of the substrate, then apply a thicker layer and spread the product with a notched trowel to achieve a thickness of between 6 and 10 mm. Check that the product has not formed a surface layer and place the next block or brick, pressing or tapping with a rubber mallet to ensure that the mortar adheres correctly to the surface to be joined.
Apply in the same way to the vertical faces to ensure that the structure is securely anchored.
Frequently asked questions
For what type of blocks is HC1 recommended?
It is specially designed for HCCA (autoclaved) cellular concrete blocks, and can also be used on conventional blocks and bricks.
Can it be used as an adhesion promoter?
Yes, it is also used as an adhesion promoter on HCCA.
What application thickness is recommended?
For installation, apply a thickness between 6 and 10 mm, with a maximum of 15 mm.
What is the yield based on the size of the HCCA blocks?
Yield per HCCA block size:
Thickness 7.5 cm: 2.4 kg/m2
Thickness 10 cm: 3.3 kg/m2
Thickness 12.5 cm: 3.9 kg/m2
Thickness 15 cm: 4.7 kg/m2
Thickness 17.5 cm: 5.5 kg/m2
Thickness 20 cm: 6.3 kg/m2
