Description
Superior adhesion with S1 flexibility
Formulated to provide high transverse deformation and excellent adhesion for all types of coverings, including large-format tile. Its stable performance makes it suitable for demanding installations such as pools, radiant floor heating, and existing substrates.
Comfortable, secure work on vertical surfaces.
Its reduced vertical slip and optimized thixotropy allow tiles to be set accurately without shifting. The creamy consistency makes application easier and improves workability on the jobsite.
True versatility for multiple substrates and environments.
Compatible with ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural stone, and existing surfaces. Works both indoors and outdoors and does not require dampening the tiles, which speeds up work time and ensures a reliable installation.
T12 is the ideal solution for installations that require precision, adhesion, and the ability to absorb movement.
Its S1 flexibility provides a secure bond for large-format tile, while its optimal performance in wet environments and vertical applications ensures reliable results across a wide range of projects.

Preparation of the mixture and application instructions:
Pour 6.75 liters of water into a suitable container for each 50 lbs bag of T12 Superflex S1 T-CON cementitious adhesive.
In a well-ventilated area and wearing a dust mask, add the product while mixing slowly with a drill mixer.
After adding all the powder, mix at high speed until you get a uniform, lump-free mixture (about 2 to 3 minutes). Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then remix for about 30 seconds.
Apply the cementitious adhesive to the substrate where the tile will be installed, over an area no larger than 2 m². Then use the selected notched trowel to control the thickness of the application.
Place the pieces onto the freshly applied adhesive, pressing until the piece is fully wetted against the substrate to ensure proper installation.
Randomly check the adhesive contact with the installed piece by lifting one that was previously placed. If you notice areas without adhesive on the surface or dried-out mix, reapply the cementitious adhesive and reinstall the piece.
Install properly, taking into account the layout of movement and expansion joints to prevent substrate failures caused by its expansion and contraction.
If installing over existing flooring, make sure to remove any poorly bonded pieces and ensure the old surface has no dirt or residue. If necessary, mechanically prepare the surface to be covered until it has increased roughness to ensure a long-lasting installation.
Frequently asked questions
Can it be applied over damp surfaces?
Yes, WP91 Ultra Flex can be applied over damp surfaces, as long as the substrate is sound, clean, and free of materials that could affect adhesion.
What types of surfaces is it suitable for?
It is suitable for concrete, plaster, and other stable, structurally sound substrates. Any irregularities must be corrected beforehand with the appropriate mortars.
How many coats, or what thickness do I need to apply?
It is recommended to ensure a minimum thickness of 2 mm at any point, which implies an approximate consumption of 2.4 kg/m².
When can I open the surface for use?
The surface can be opened for use 48 to 72 hours after application, depending on environmental conditions.
